Suzanne M. Amaducci-Adams, Jon Chassen and Adam D. Lustig, partners in the firm's Real Estate Group, were selected as South Florida Business Journal's 2011 Commercial Real Estate "Heavy Hitters." As the leader of Bilzin Sumberg's Hospitality practice, Mrs. Amaducci-Adams is very active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development. She focuses her practice in all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, REMICs, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings.
Mr. Chassen has extensive experience handling matters involving distressed real property assets, including workouts, foreclosures (representing borrowers, lenders and receivers in commercial property foreclosure actions), and the disposition of real property assets through foreclosure. He has handled all types of real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions, contracts, loan documentation and leases. In addition, Jon represents several foreign-based real estate developers and investors investing in South Florida assets.
Mr. Lustig focuses his practice in complex commercial real estate transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, raw land, condominiums and hotels. Adam is also the co-chair of the Real Estate Network of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
