Suzanne Amaducci and Karyl Argamasilla Inducted into CREW-Miami’s 2013 Board of Directors
Miami - Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced that Real Estate partner, Suzanne M. Amaducci, and attorney Karyl Argamasilla, were inducted as members of the 2013 CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women) Board of Directors. Amaducci will serve as Sponsorship Director and Argamasilla will serve as President-Elect.
Amaducci is also the recipient of two CREW-Miami 2012 Networking Deal of the Year Awards for her involvement in the historic Post Office building lease in downtown Miami, and accounting firm Morrison Brown Argiz & Farra's lease at 1450 Brickell. The awards recognize CREW-Miami members who have made a significant impact on South Florida’s commercial real estate industry through deal-making and dedication to the organization.
Suzanne Amaducci has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, REMICs, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. As leader of Bilzin Sumberg's Hospitality Group, she is active in the areas of hotel and marina acquisition, finance and development.
Amaducci is a past president of CREW-Miami. In addition to her role as Sponsorship Director, she currently serves as the 2014 CREW Network National Convention Co-chair, which will be held in Miami in October of 2014.
Karyl Argamasilla focuses her practice on structuring and executing large commercial real estate transactions. She represents national and local developers, landlords, tenants, sellers, purchasers and lenders in engagements such as acquisition, disposition and operation of property, development, financing, loan restructuring, leasing, condominium documentation and general corporate matters.
Argamasilla has been actively involved with the CREW-Miami Board since 2010, as legal counsel from 2010-2011, and as Director of Community affairs in 2012. She also chairs the newly implemented eMentoring program, which partners seasoned CREW-Miami members with young mentees starting their careers in commercial real estate, participates in CREW Careers: Building Opportunities, a mentoring program to introduce high school girls to the commercial real estate industry, and UCREW, a mentorship program for college graduate students.
