Jeffrey I. Snyder Named 2014 Rising Star by Law360

- Served as counsel to a nightclub operator, obtaining dismissal of a $5.2 million clawback suit brought in connection with the fallout of the Kenneth Ira Starr Ponzi scheme.
- Served as counsel to Ronald Winters, as receiver for Medical Development International, LTD., Inc., in the aftermath of the company's $30+ million foreclosure and subsequent liquidation.
- Served as counsel to the successful purchaser of a shopping center in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding of Ocala Shoppes, LLC.
