Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced today that Litigation Partner Scott N. Wagner was honored as one of the Daily Business Review's "40 Under 40." The awards recognize the most dynamic individuals under the age of 40 who are leading the next generation of legal industry luminaries. Winners will be honored at a reception on September 17.
As a Partner in the Litigation Group, Scott's practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, opt-outs and antitrust. He has represented clients in a wide variety of antitrust and competition matters.
