MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod announced today that Real Estate Partner and Practice Group Leader, Suzanne M. Amaducci-Adams, was honored as one of Real Estate Forum's "Women of Influence." Women from all over the country were selected for their accomplishments in the real estate industry.

Suzanne has quickly emerged as a leader both within her firm and within the commercial real estate industry. Her impressive accomplishments and industry accolades were certainly a factor in her recognition as a "Women of Influence."

As chair of the Hospitality practice, Suzanne leads the Real Estate team in the financing of hotels and hotel loan restructurings, including the servicing of CMBS loans for the industry. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, real estate mortgage investment conduits, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. She is very active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development.
