MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce its representation of Net Insight AB, a Swedish media networking company, in its $14 million acquisition of U.S. Enterprise Resources Management (ERM) provider VizuAll Inc., doing business under the name ScheduALL.
