Antitrust Litigation Team Honored as NLJ's Elite Trial Lawyers - Finalist
Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that it was one of the five national Antitrust Litigation finalists in the National Law Journal's third annual America’s Elite Trial Lawyers Awards.
Litigation Partners Robert W. Turken and Scott N. Wagner represented Bilzin Sumberg at the awards dinner in New York City on December 6. Turken, Wagner, and the rest of the Bilzin Sumberg team were recognized for their success in representing Tech Data Corporation and the bankruptcy estate of All American Semiconductor, Inc.—both major opt-out plaintiffs—in precedent-setting LCD price-fixing litigation. The LCD price-fixing case is one of the largest antitrust litigations in recent history. The Bilzin Sumberg team alleged that the LCD manufacturers conspired to raise prices and control production capacity of LCD panels in violation of the Sherman Act.
