Robert W. Turken

Bob is a Senior Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Trial & Litigation Group, and has served as lead counsel in many of the Firm's most complex and high profile matters. As former head of the Firm’s Antitrust and Securities Litigation Teams, Bob has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, securities litigation, financial services litigation and class actions. Bob represents national and regional corporations in all phases of pretrial, trial, and appellate work in state and federal courts across the country. 

Bob has represented numerous clients in multidistrict class actions, and has served as lead counsel in opt-out actions related to price fixing, conspiracy claims, monopolies, and predatory pricing claims. His experience has ranged from primary counsel in precedent-setting antitrust and national class actions suits to special litigation counsel in some of the largest bankruptcy cases in the country to designated
federal appellate counsel and to advisory counsel to the FDIC.

Bob is consistently recognized by legal publications including Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and Benchmark Litigation. He has also spoken at conferences on the topics of Corporate Governance and Accounting Irregularities.
