Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is proud to announce its inclusion in the Real Estate Transaction category within the Daily Business Review's (DBR) 2018 Professional Excellence Awards. Further, the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group Leader, Suzanne Amaducci, was recognized as a Distinguished Leader.
The DBR noted, "with the strength of real estate in the South Florida economy, [the Real Estate Transaction] category was carved out for special recognition for firms with noteworthy real estate deals."
Bilzin Sumberg closed more than $4.3 billion in real estate finance this past year, including more than $2 billion in construction financing despite an economic slowdown. The Firm led the state in the dollar volume of construction loans in 2017, working on virtually all major construction loan including Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Brickell Flatiron, Turnberry Ocean Club and the Hyde Beach Hotel project. Recently, it was also nationally and regionally recognized by Best Lawyers® as one of 2018's Best Law Firms.
