Brian is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law Master's Program (LLM), where he teaches a planning and zoning course in the Real Property Development program.
Howard E. Nelson, Chair of the Environmental Practice Group, has more than 25 years of experience in environmental law and land development. He represents clients throughout all phases of the development process from site location through permitting and construction, as well as in permit appeals and defense of environmental enforcement matters. Prior to entering private practice, Howard served as a regional planner for both the South Florida and Treasure Coast Regional Planning Councils.
