Nominated for her influence on the community and industry as well as her greatest professional accomplishments within the last year, Suzanne is a leader both within the firm and within the commercial real estate industry.
As head of the Hospitality practice, Suzanne leads the Real Estate team in the financing of hotels and hotel loan restructurings, including the servicing of commercial mortgage backed securities loans for the industry. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, real estate mortgage investment conduits, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. She is very active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development. Suzanne is also recognized by various esteemed legal publications, such as Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers.
