Scott L. Baena Reappointed to Board of Directors for Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc.
Miami, FL- Bilzin Sumberg congratulates Scott L. Baena, one of the firm's founders, on his reappointment to the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. (LSGMI), as the representative of the Dade County Bar Association to that board, for a three-year term ending on September 30, 2022.
Over the past four decades, Scott counseled high-visibility clients in some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy proceedings throughout the country. In 2014, Scott was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to The Florida Board of Bar Examiners for a five-year term. The Board is an administrative agency of the Florida Supreme Court that coordinates and supervises bar admission in the state of Florida.
Throughout his career, Scott has been recognized in the community for his strong business acumen and leadership. He currently serves as a Board Member for Miami-based Continental National Bank and was elected in 2015 to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Board of Directors.
