Representation of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, in a deal with Starwood Land Ventures LLC, a Florida-based national real estate investment firm funded by Starwood Capital Group, to acquire or option more than 2,700 home sites in 38 communities throughout Florida that were originally obtained by Starwood in the TOUSA bankruptcy. We negotiated the master option agreement whereby Lennar obtained the option to acquire in stages more than 2,700 finished, entitled home sites in 38 communities throughout Florida.
