Representation of prominent developer in connection with $104 million acquisition of and financing for an office building on Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida's financial district. We assisted with preliminary pre-development plans to ascertain government approvals, phasing and land use, and zoning and environmental requirements. The property is slated for a $1 billion redevelopment as a three-tower luxury condominium project with retail and commercial components, to be known as One Brickell.
