Acquisition and Sale of Bayshore Landing Marina and Monty's Restaurant


Representation of buyer/owner in connection with acquisition, financing, redevelopment, construction and leasing of Bayshore Landing Marina and Monty's Raw Bar and Restaurant in Coconut Grove, Florida. This project contains 132 wet slips and 40,000 square feet of retail space. Addressed issues concerning the ground lease and submerged land lease with the City of Miami, the submerged land lease with the State of Florida, significant renovations, and the negotiation of the restaurant management agreement. Negotiated the sale of the project to a national marina ownership group.
