Representation of CH2M, a global full-service consulting, design, construction, and operations firm, in securing the award of a $300 million Public-Private Partnership (P3) contract to manage, upgrade, operate, and maintain the City of North Miami Beach's water and wastewater utility, which serves 180,000 customers both within and outside the city limits. The agreement utilizes a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) P3 model. Our team assisted CH2M in navigating the competitive procurement process, contract negotiations, as well as stiff union opposition.
