Representation of full service real estate company in the negotiation of a joint venture with a Miami-based real estate developer and a real estate private equity firm formed to construct and operate the $1 billion Residences by Armani Casa project, a 60-story high-end residential condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The interiors and finishes of the 300+ unit tower are conceived by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, the first of its kind created by Armani in the United States.
