Assisted with the acquisition and financing of three large hotel properties, two in Orlando and one in Milwaukee for operator with approximately $500 million worth of hotel properties. Advised on structuring acquisitions in a tax efficient manner including joint venture agreements and negotiating with a fund from Brazil which is investing in the projects.
