Represented the developer of 5th and Alton Shopping Center, a multi-level vertical retail power center and garage, in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and ultimate sale of this project. This representation included negotiation of a public/private development agreement with the City of Miami Beach and creating the condominium structure required to accommodate the City's ownership of a portion of the parking spaces in the garage that was a part of this project.
