Representation of the buyer/owner in connection with acquisition of the Riverfront Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The submerged land for this project is partially owned and partially leased from the State of Florida. Negotiated the lease agreements with third party operators for the restaurant and the 430 unit dry stack, boat repair, ships store, and fueling facility.
