Representation of a New York-based multifamily housing provider in the $96.4 million acquisition and $80.4 million financing of a large affordable housing complex in Broward County, Florida, which included the negotiation and issuance of preferred equity. Also resolved an ADA and FHA complaint raised against the client and separately counseled the company’s management team on handling related requests for reasonable accommodations.
