Multi-Million Dollar Jury Trial and Appellate Victory for Global Toy Manufacturer

Successful prosecution of federal jury trial for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and unjust enrichment against a warehousing company for failure to provide adequate services to client, a leading international toy manufacturer. In the underlying proceeding, defeated defendants’ motion for summary judgment, obtained dismissal of defendants’ counterclaim for declaratory judgment, and defeated defendants’ multiple motions for judgment as a matter of law. Subsequently obtained per curiam affirmance of the jury verdict by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals following oral argument.
