Representation of Related Urban Development Group in relation to its $190 million tax-exempt bond financing and tax credit equity investment for The Gallery at West Brickell. The 465-unit multi-family residential development will contain a mix of affordable, workforce, and market-rate housing. Also counseled client on public procurement-related matters involving Miami-Dade County and in the negotiation of a parking agreement with the local school board.
