Counsel to certain minority owners of an American professional baseball team prosecuting claims that the majority owner of the team breached his fiduciary duty to the shareholders in a variety of ways. Successfully prevented, through an appellate victory, the matter being moved to arbitration by defeating a Motion to Compel Arbitration, thereby leaving the claims in the trial court.
