Representation of Related Urban Development Group in the negotiation and closing of $32 million in Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits from Wells Fargo, and in negotiating the issuance by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation of $42.5 million in Tax-Exempt Bonds, as part of the Liberty Square Rising affordable housing project in Miami, Florida of which this phase contains 193 new affordable housing units.
