Successful Bid Protest for South Florida Non-Profit
Easter Seals South Florida, Inc.
Successful representation of Easter Seals South Florida, Inc. ("ESSF"), a local non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment and advocacy of disabled individuals, in an appeal of a notice of intent to award issued under a 2026 Alzheimer's Disease Initiative Request for Proposals. The tender would see ESSF continue rendering case management and support services to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and their caregivers. Following a successful settlements process, all providers agreed to designate ESSF as an additional provider securing uninterrupted funding continuity for its existing clientele.
