Procurement counsel to Lemartec-NV2A Joint Venture in connection with the South Terminal Expansion East project at Miami International Airport. The $532 million project is part of MIA’s plan to accommodate growth in passenger and cargo volumes, and encompasses expansion of the terminal, modernization of the baggage handling system, construction of a new Ground Support Equipment facility, modifications to the bus station terminal, and significant roadway enhancements.
