Bilzin Sumberg will host its 5th annual Street Law Workshop Day on April 10 as part of the firm's participation in the "NALP/Street Law Legal Diversity Pipeline Program". The initiative is designed to expose minority students to opportunities in the legal profession.
Attorneys and paralegals from various practice groups previously made classroom visits to Coral Gables Senior High School to teach students about litigation, mediation and real estate contracts. Now, Bilzin Sumberg will host over 50 students back in the office where they will put those lessons into real practice with mock transactions, negotiations and hearings--and pizza.
