Suzanne M. Amaducci Selected as President of CREW-Miami

Miami, FL Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced that Suzanne M. Amaducci, Partner in the firm's Real Estate Group, was installed as the 2010 President of the Miami chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-Miami) at its Annual Awards ceremony and awards luncheon, held on December 10th in Miami.

Ms. Amaducci is actively involved in the organization, currently sitting on the Board of Directors and having served in 2009 as the President-Elect.

Ms. Amaducci has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), REMICs, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. She is also very active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development, and leads the firm's Hospitality Group.
