Natalie Alonso is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg's Affordable Housing & Tax Credit team, where she advises developers, investors, and tax-exempt organizations on the acquisition, development, and financing of affordable and workforce housing projects. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Natalie focused on condominium and homeowners' association law, advising clients on real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.
