Q & A
What do you find most rewarding about being a litigation attorney?
The most challenging, and rewarding, aspect of my practice is the process of providing answers and clarity to clients that are confronted with complex challenges. A skilled litigation attorney must take a holistic approach to addressing each matter before her, marshalling and reviewing facts, evidence, documents, and precedents. In undertaking these myriad activities for client matters, I find satisfaction in being able to provide sound analysis and guidance to my team that takes ‘everything’ into account in counseling clients.
How does Bilzin Sumberg strengthen your practice?
Bilzin Sumberg strongly encourages its attorneys to get involved in community initiatives and industry associations, with the goal of strengthening connections outside the firm and deepening legal knowledge and best professional practices. I have found the professional development associated with such involvement critical to growing and refining the efficacy of my practice.
