Alessandra Perez is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Law & Litigation Group, where she represents developers and owners of commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate projects on a wide variety of construction matters, from contract negotiations through post-completion issues and dispute resolution. Alessandra counsels clients on both transactional and litigation matters as they relate to the projects’ design, development, and construction. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Alessandra served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

What do you like most about your practice?

I thrive on the problem-solving at the intersection of law, business, and the built environment. Construction projects are complex, high-stakes, and deeply collaborative—so when something goes wrong, there’s often a lot at risk and no simple fix. I enjoy helping clients cut through that complexity, whether it's resolving a dispute efficiently or proactively structuring a deal to avoid one. Clients rely on us not just for legal analysis, but for judgment and strategic thinking. We take that trust seriously, and I value becoming an extension of our clients’ team, working toward real-world solutions with lasting impact.
