Alessandra Perez

Alessandra Perez is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Law Group, where she represents developers and owners of commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate projects on a wide variety of construction matters, from contract negotiations through post-completion issues and dispute resolution. Alessandra counsels clients on both transactional and litigation matters as they relate to the projects’ design, development, and construction. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Alessandra served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
