Q & A
How do you assist out-of-state investors and business people wanting to do business in Florida?
Florida is ranked among the top states for business growth. It continues to attract new investments from astute business leaders in high-tax states. I co-counsel or serve as local counsel with professionals abroad to provide guidance on Florida issues and deals. With my experience in and out of Florida, clients and their legal teams know they receive the high-quality representation they expect on sophisticated transactions, tax issues, and dispute resolution.
How does your experience working with all types of lenders benefit your clients?
Alternative financing sources have multiplied exponentially, and institutional lenders are eager to lend. Clients have many viable options. I work closely with clients to understand their specific goals, terms, and expectations for each deal to match them with the right lender. I stay on top of market trends and monitor lenders’ financing patterns, priorities, and limitations to help guide a client’s decision making.
