$100 Million Development of Riverfront East and Riverfront West Towers in Miami
Real Estate Developer
Representation of developers in Riverfront East and Riverfront West, two contiguous properties owned by three developers and comprising a total of seven towers. During the project, the City of Miami attempted to take project land for a tunnel, but we successfully convinced the City to drop their requirement in the major use special permit ("MUSP") for the tunnel. We also helped the developer with Metrorail issues, Miami Avenue Bridge easements, and dedication of public rights of way.
