Representation of MBeach1, LLLP in the $200 million acquisition and redevelopment of mixed-use property located at 1111 Lincoln Road on the main corner of the famous Lincoln Road District of Miami Beach. We obtained street closures, handled leasing, construction contracts, and redevelopment of the pedestrian mall in partnership with the City of Miami Beach. We also acquired zoning approval from the City of Miami Beach for a substantial height variance required to allow the new parking structure to connect to the existing office building. The structure was designed by world-renowned Swiss architects Herzog and de Meuron. The project included approximately 150,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space with tenants such as MTV and Nickelodeon Latin America, Alchemist Boutique, Y-3, Mac Cosmetics, Taschen, Juvia and Rosa Mexicano.
