Representation of the Finger Companies in the acquisition of raw land and subsequent zoning for property in downtown Miami. We counseled the client regarding land use and zoning changes, acquisition of public right of way from the Community Redevelopment Agency, purchase and closure of a street on the property, and the property sale. We continue to handle the zoning and platting work for the new developers.
