Lease of Building and Sale of Adjoining Land for New Miami Herald Headquarters
Representation of GPA-I, LP of Memphis, TN, owner of the former United States Southern Command headquarters facility and property, regarding leasing of office building and selling of adjoining land in Doral to the Miami Herald Media Company for the Herald's new headquarters and printing/production facility.
