Palm Bay Academy
Representation of Palm Bay Academy in a $15 million bond financing for its elementary and middle schools. The financing serves as a refinancing of two existing bond issuances completed in 2006 and 2007 prior to the "Great Recession" that destroyed significant areas of the Florida economy. Negotiated the restructuring of its existing bond facilities, which provide the school with an opportunity to restart its growth efforts. The bonds are held by some of the largest institutional bondholders in the country.
