Defense of Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Courts in class action and subsequent appeal alleging improper processing of traffic tickets and requesting millions of dollars in reinstatement fees and other charges. We successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of the Clerk and the decision was affirmed on appeal.
