Representation of client as the sponsor of a $250 million closed-end real estate fund, formed to invest in development, redevelopment, and acquisitions of real estate projects. Also counseled client regarding mezzanine and bridge loans secured by mortgages or equity in borrowers with respect to real property located within the Sunbelt Region of the United States. Lastly, we assisted with all securities law compliance issues related to the private placement of interests in the fund to prospective investors.
