Representation of Dolphin Mall Associates in the development and expansion of Dolphin Mall, Miami-Dade County's largest retail value shopping center. We handled all land use and zoning applications, zoning approvals, and permitting related to the mall's continued expansion and obtained approval to develop a new external wing and state-of-the-art parking garage. After 18 months of construction, over 240 new retail and 45 new restaurant spaces opened in September 2015.
