Financing and Development of Baseball Facility in Hialeah

Representation of the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Urban Youth Foundation. We negotiated development agreements and facility operations agreements with the City of Hialeah, Florida, for the construction and operation of a baseball facility. The facility, created to give the local community a recreation area promoting youth participation and grassroots involvement, will contain a primary baseball stadium, auxiliary baseball fields, softball fields, youth baseball fields, state-of-the-art batting cages, pitching mounds, and other training facilities.
