Developer Defends $120 Million High-Rise Development Plan

Assisted in defending the approval of the Prive project, a $120 million luxury high-rise development plan contested by certain local residents, including with respect to the plat approval and historic vested rights on the property. Served as land use counsel for developer in litigation brought by neighbors and neighboring homeowners’ associations, where the developer ultimately was awarded in excess of $23 million in damages in a counterclaim.
