Grass River Property
Served as P3 counsel in the transit-oriented development of Grove Central, a $250 million mixed-use project adjacent to Miami’s Metrorail system and The Underline linear park. The joint venture between Terra and Grass River includes 402 market-rate and workforce apartments, 170,000 square-feet of retail anchored by Target and Sprouts, and the substantial renovation and expansion of the existing transit station. The development sits on County-owned land which was formerly a surface parking lot.
