Representation of a major Florida-based real estate developer in the negotiation of a joint venture for the development of the Maitland City Center located in Maitland, Florida, as well as the financing of a $44.1 million construction loan for the development. The $68 million mixed-use development includes a three-acre full city block with approximately 35,000 square feet of commercial space, 220 one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, and 24 live/work units, which are one-bedroom units with an office suite.
