Philip R. Stein presents on the continuation of high-stakes litigation related to the origination, sale, securitization, and servicing of residential mortgage loans as part of the Clear Law Institute's Residential Mortgage Litigation Webinar.

This webinar focuses on several types of residential mortgage litigation including: contractual indemnification and loan repurchase claims, mortgage-backed securitization suits, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) oversight and enforcement actions, and consumer class actions.
