Bilzin Sumberg Attorneys Recognized at CREW-Miami Annual Awards Luncheon
MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod announced today that Real Estate Partner Suzanne M. Amaducci and Real Estate attorney Karyl Argamasilla were recognized at CREW-Miami's Annual Awards Luncheon for their outstanding contributions to the commercial real estate industry.
Suzanne received the "Outstanding Leadership" award for demonstrating excellence in progressive and innovative ideas, and quality and integrity in her business/professional relationships. Karyl received the "Star" award for reaching a significant milestone or accomplishment in her career, in light of her 2014 recognition by Real Estate Forum as one of tomorrow's leaders in the Southeast.
Suzanne has been involved with CREW-Miami since 2009, and is a past President of the organization. Suzanne leads the Real Estate team in the financing of hotels and hotel loan restructurings, including the servicing of CMBS loans for the industry. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, real estate mortgage investment conduits, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. Suzanne is additionally recognized by various esteemed legal publications, such as Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers.
Karyl served as the 2014 President of CREW-Miami and has been actively involved with the CREW-Miami Board since 2010. She focuses her practice on structuring and executing large commercial real estate transactions. She represents national and local developers, landlords, tenants, sellers, purchasers and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions and operation of property, development, financing, loan restructuring, leasing, condominium documentation and general corporate matters.
