Lori Lustrin Selected to Benchmark Litigation's 2017 Under 40 Hotlist

Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Litigation Partner Lori Lustrin has been selected to Benchmark Litigation's 2017 Under 40 Hotlist, a list which honors achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners age forty (40) or younger.
As a Partner in the Firm's Litigation Group, Lori handles complex class-action and plaintiff opt-out antitrust litigation in federal court defending clients in the consumer products, homebuilding, real estate investment, and food and beverage industries. She also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution proceedings including international arbitrations.
Lori has litigated notable cases including a $300 million settlement in LCD antitrust litigation, one of the largest pending antitrust matters in the United States, and federal antitrust price fixing claims worth several billion dollars against major world-wide manufacturers of aluminum, tantalum, and film capacitors. Lori also represented opt-out plaintiffs in the prosecution of claims against major worldwide manufacturers of cathode-ray tubes for damages exceeding $140 million.
Lori was recognized as a finalist in the Daily Business Review's Complex/Business Litigation category in 2016 and consecutively named a Florida Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers since 2013. She serves as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Vision Antitrust Law Committee for the American Bar Association and also served as a Young Lawyer Representative on the Antitrust Law Membership and Diversity Committee in 2015. Additionally, since 2009 Lori has served on the Executive Committee of the Miami-Dade Special Olympics.
