Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Suzanne Amaducci-Adams, Head of Real Estate at the firm, has been honored as one of Connect CRE’s 2022 Lawyers in Real Estate for the Florida region. The competitive nation-wide awards process looks at highly accomplished attorneys from a wide array of practices and geographies, and honors the achievements of those who have made significant impacts through both their practice in real estate-related matters and contributions they have made as members of the industry and the community. Recent other Bilzin Sumberg awardees include Real Estate Partner Alexandra Lehson (2021) and Land Development & Government Relations Practice Group Leader Javier F. Aviñó (2020). In 2021, Construction Practice Group Leader Joy Spillis Lundeen won Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate award.
This year’s award recognizes Suzanne as a key player in high-profile, complex real estate transactions, who is regularly sought out for her extensive experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate development and finance transactions, including acquisitions, mixed-use development, leasing, public private-partnerships, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and loan restructurings. She is very active in the area of marina and hotel acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development. Suzanne and her team have closed well over $2 billion in marina transactions.
Suzanne’s recognition by Connect CRE also takes into account her long track record of involvement in industry associations.
