Representation of buyer/developer of Conch Harbor Marina in Key West, Florida. On behalf of our client, acquired the property; obtained financing for its renovation, development, and construction; prepared the documentation to condominiumize the marina's wet slips and develop the upland area; and handled the retail and office leasing and sales of the condominiumized dock slips. After the condominium slips sold out the remaining facility was sold to a Florida based investment group.
